August Already?

Friday, August 3, 2012
Well, August has arrived.
10 more days until teachers report back to school.
16 days until my new kiddos arrive.
I'm nervous and SUPER excited.

Today I thought I'd link up with Farley for her always exciting "Currently" linky!
I'm excited to read about yalls back to school must haves! I need some ideas!

What I'm really wanting is those SWEET lime green shoes the
USA athletes are wearing on the podium.

Now, I must get back to cutting, gluing and stringing my bulletin board banners. =)
Yall have a fantastic weekend!

  1. I couldn't decide between a personal laminator or a silhouette for something that I want. We're pretty lucky in the laminator department at school but it would be nice to have one of my own. I'm going to miss my naps too!

  2. Laminators are a must. I got mine at Michael's using a 40 % off coupon. It works wonders even better than the school one.

  3. Showing love from and love our theme by the way ;) OWL power!!!

I too am loving the Olympics coverage probably more than I should nothing getting done around my house at all eeekkss!!!

  4. I am obsessed with the Olympics too!! I have been watching them every night and exhausted the next day... USA!

  5. Crazy about the Olympics here, too...and so tired when it's time to get up in the morning after staying up so late to watch. :) Definitely get a laminator - best thing ever ! Found you on the linky & am your newest follower. Stop by sometime:)

  6. yay for the Olympics!!! I've gone so long with out a laminator - getting jealous of those who have one - at HOME! hmmmm Is it time?

  7. You're so lucky to be back into your classroom! I get mine on Wednesday...but I know what you mean about the nervous/excited feeling right before school starts. I'm a second year teacher but this will be my first year in 2nd. Looking forward to following you as you begin this school year :)

  8. Oh I'd go broke if I had a personal laminator. I love everything in a keepable state and that's what would happen :)

  9. I love what you did with the desk you found! I so wish that my teacher desk didn't belong to my school so I could do something like that- but I will have to settle for decorating it in a less permanent way :). I am a newbie blogger and found your blog through the Fabulous Find Friday link up :)...I'm not your newest follower and I'd love if you'd hop on over and check out my blog as well! :)
    Happy new (school) year!
