Can you believe it's May?
We have three weeks of school left.
Where did the year go?

I NEED YOUR HELP! Next week we are taking our state tests. I am looking for ideas on how to get my students PUMPED and CONFIDENT about the test. I've seen ideas like "rolling out a red carpet" etc, but I can't remember who posted them. Basically, I am looking for fun things to do Monday, before testing starts Tuesday. Do you have a blog post or an idea? PLEASE SHARE! =)

I hope everyone has a TERRIFIC Friday tomorrow...
only a few more left in this school year!

  1. I'm going to Nashville in a couple of weeks for a bachelorette weekend and I cannot wait! I've never been and am super stoked!

Sorry, can't help with any ideas. My grade isn't a testing grade...whew!

  2. I saw a rolling out the red carpet on One Extra Degree. Instagram pics.

  3. I posted a bunch of motivational videos. I showed them the day before our big test. There were a couple videos that they asked to see again.

Scroll down to the bottom and I posted about what we did to prep for the test. On Monday prior to our test, we also used our names to make acrostic poems and that were good luck notes to themselves.

  5. Enjoy your last few days of school before summer!

I don't know about the red carpet, but here are some of my testing encouragement ideas:

  6. I feel you about pumping the kids up for testing. Four tests for my kiddos this year and all within 12 days of each other. Definitely need to get them pumped up.

Found your blog through Currently and I am your newest follower. Would love for you to head over and check out my blog!
