Back at it! (Stop by for a giveaway!)

I was one of the sad Teachers Pay Teachers sellers that was stuck at home last week. Even though I didn't get to attend, I have been truly inspired by the information and ideas people have been sharing from the conference.  Because of that, I have been inspired to start this ole blog back up. It is my goal to be more consistent on this little blog of mine! I have really enjoyed it in the past and I am pumped to get started again! I have also heard about how important social media is for us, so I created Pinterest and Twitter accounts that are connected to my blog and store.

I figured as a proper I'M BACK, and as a way to launch some of my new social media accounts, I should have a fun giveaway.
In order to celebrate, I am going to giveaway a $10 gift certificate.
The best part is that the winner gets to choose which store...
TPT or Target.

Enter using the Rafflecopter below. Giveaway ends next week.

I am SO looking forward to getting back into the swing of blogging and getting to know some of my fellow bloggers. I'd love to connect with some of you! If you want a new blogging friend, let me know. = )

  1. My favorite back to school tip comes from a pin I found a couple of years ago. As you're writing all of those things with student names on them (name tags, folders, helper cards, etc.), slip one of each extra into a ziploc baggie. When a new student comes, you don't have to run around looking for extras of everything!

  2. Check student cumulative records if teach higher than Kindergarten. You'll learn a lot about each child, which may help you understand why certain children act the way they do and helps with seating charts right away.

  3. My tip is to let students label their own folders and notebooks with their names. It saves so much time, and they like taking ownership of their belongings. Welcome back!

  4. My tip is to really take the time to develop procedures and classroom routines that first month of school. It will pay off in the long run.

  5. Have a friend or family member take pictures of each student on meet the teacher night to have photos ready for name tags and other administrative items :)
